The BP Group Coaching Programme is unlike any other in the world. Before our coaches are selected and intensely trained and certified in BP Group approaches and methods, they must already be accomplished business process professionals with a proven track record. 

Our coaches use a number of the BP Groups proven tools and strategies for achieving lasting success, including the Customer Expectation Management Method, an advanced process management system (aka Outside-In) that focuses on achieving getting the individual and corporate results you need in the most efficient and effective way possible.

Every coach has not only achieved outstanding results in his or her own career, but has an unrivaled commitment to their profession with more than120 hours of face-to-face training to achieve BP Group Certified Coach requirements. There are fewer than 30 coaches worldwide who meet our high standards.  This rigorous selection process is what makes the coaching programme the best in the industry.
